General Event Update:

We were planning the Friday meet-n-greet at the Shipwreck Cove restaurant, which is a semi outdoor, floating pub n grill type place located at the Elm Hill marina, but talking with them, it seems there will be a problem with parking all the boats. There's just not that many docks...

So, I think what we'll do is get together at the campgound and set up near some open area by someones camp spot. We could set up everyones boat (that are on trailers) close the the road and others staying at hotels can bring them in for display. This seems like the best way to go as most are camping anyway. later for those who want to head to the bar (live music on the weekends)can always go by water, which isn't that far from the campground..

Again, Sat we plan on heading to the island for a float in and cook out for lunch. Anyone with a portable grill, and is willing to bring it out, would be rewarded with a handshake and a cold beverage. It's BYOM, "the M stands for meat" Ha...

We hope to actually take over this small island and circle it with Correct Crafts !!!!! I believe we are up around 25 boats.. It will make for some awesome calendar shots !!

Saturday Night= Broadway Street, and 2nd ave. It's about 10 min by car/cab.... If you've never been, it's a must see and do night.....

Good times coming soon CCFer's... Looking forward to see old friends and meet new ones !!!

I have said I was coming but nobody wants to put me down on the list...Boo Hooo..... Have reservations at a Bed and Breakfast northwest of Nashville. Will not be there Friday night, plan on being there about 9:30 or 10:00 Saturday. Will not be packing any beverages however, never did like the stuff.

I may have missed it but I guess I would just look for the closest ramp, launch the boat, find ya'll and anchor it off the beach when not riding in it?

Thanks,

Scott

Scott,
There are a few ramps on the lake. I'm not really sure where your B&B is, but most of us at the hotels on PPLake rd will be dumping in at the Elm Hill Marina. If you go back to page one and find the links to the lake information, you'll find all the access points.

Sat afternoon is the float in around Luau Island. It's close to that ramp and the camp ground...

Look forward to seeing you there..

Looks like this is going to be quite the turnout. We just went to Dale Hollow this last weekend and that got me really looking forward to this trip. Will be nice to finally meet some of the CCF crew.

We're in! If it's just the boys, we'll be looking for some room at the campground for a couple of tents.

The Cuda, or the 73 Ski?

Can't wait, it will be good to see everyone again and meet some new CCFans! Grab some buds, this is going to be good!

Are any of yall going to the Masters? My son and I will be under the Ginko tree, to the left of the restrooms (looking from the lake) which is outside and above the arched sidewalk. We can chat about the lake and ski coves, along with any shallow areas. (Priest is my home lake). It's aleways an awesome tournament.
