We had a blast as well. Was good to meet so many great people. Really glad the weather held out for the event as we had some pretty gnarly storms in WI the last 24 hrs!

Did a Guy in a 1969 Red and White Ski Nautique show up to the event? Perhaps with the name Bob or Bobby? The boat has a 440 in it. If so, any pictures?

Gary, you rock! Love the picture! Doesn't look all that scary now. This Saturday we'll have much smoother water on the Milwaukee River.

Thanks again for the help!

And last but not least John Baas, vernonfarmer, and wife.If there was an award for the most daring they are the champs! We can never seem to get up early enough to get out so we had no idea of the conditions out on the lake until we actually left the calm bay. We had hung back taking pictures so we were pretty much the last in line anyway. As I took Joe's picture he said it's your job to keep an eye out on the Atom! So we get going and were kinda busy watching out for the other Fans and others out in the lake. I looked around for John and saw him start heading closer shore. Next time I looked back all I could see were two heads above a wave so we quickly headed back. Having driven a Mustang in that lake I knew what he was up against,so we pulled in front of him with the big old V Drive and surfed him on over to Norwegian Bay    Maybe we started a new event- Atom Surfing- I sure hope we didn't upstage the factorys game changing 7-17-15 announcement

Just walking in the door and finished putting things away.

I think the cc fans just nailed a fantastic weekend. green lake was pretty good to us with some beautiful weather. Yes she was blowing pretty good for the parade out to the shallows but that journey is sort a rite of passage now.   We managed to get in late Wednesday night and we probably had the most beautiful day I've ever seen at GL in 10 years there Thursday.   Those are Bonus days I guess.

Really need to thank my partners Steve Evans and Dave Dorsen for all they do putting the weekend together. I really didn't feel right for accepting the Most Dedicated award because those two guys go above and beyond and the honor should be shared with them.   Also Really want to thank the folks that made some long drives again, we're so glad the weather held up and made the trek worthwhile.

Sorry for the aerial bombardment Friday night, we had no idea there was a ballgame scheduled. Could have been much worse since only one car was hit with a foul ball, just so happens it was mine. That situation got a little tense but in the end we faired pretty well and it was a great night.

Once again great seeing all the old friends but most of all we meet a lot of new ccfans this year, welcome to the club, it was a please. Happy boating, looking forward to the next event already.

Wow ! What a weekend. First thanks to Mojo and Alan for putting this creation together. I finally rolled in about 6 to the on land show with a dead phone battery so no pics from that. As most have stated there as a lot more to do than snap shots off. I did manage to get a few shots of my neighbors Joe and Tim's rigs. Over the weekend I learned yet a few more things

1) Correct Craft Owners are some of the greatest people

2) Barefoot Nautiques can FLY !

3) You Never know what to expect !! (see my upcoming post)

First one in on Saturday

Thanks to everyone involved for putting this on. We had a great time met some really nice people. This was our first Green Lake reunion and it will not be our last. Stayed at Bayview and really like it. Norwegian bay was a blast. The pig roast on Sat. Night was very good. Here are a few Pictures for the boat show Fri. Night.

Great to meet .Brian, Joe, Dave and especially Gary S. for saving me, my wife and the Atom Skier from a very angry Green Lake! Two sources agreed she was the worst in 10 years. Gary came back to check on us after we broke from the pack hoping to find calmer water near shore. All he saw was a couple of bobbing heads between swells! We tucked in behind and made it to the shallows for an awesome afternoon with great people! Here are a few of the photos I took. There may be more....
John

It was a pleasure meeting everyone and putting names with faces. I really appreciate all the work that everyone put into making a fun event for a newbie. Wish I could of made it out to the shallows for the afternoon. My wife is in the process of working on photos so hopefully we can post them soon.
Thanks,
Brian

Tempin 80s water is like glass on the whole lake this morning lets see....do I spend my time posting picks.........not.
For thousands of years men have felt the irresistible urge to go to sea, and many of them died. Things got better after they invented boats.

Yeah I think we had more pictures up during the event at the 2006 reunion, and that was way harder to do back then. You guys get an F for in-event picture posting.

In the shallows of Norwegian Bay the water temp's not bad at all - but out where it's deep it just might get your eyes open. But only if you're from FL. Up here in WI we don't bother even wearing Tshirts at Packer home playoff games.
