    Posted: February-18-2015 at 11:57am
Alright fellas, another boat show season is upon us. Our show here in Indy starts this Friday the 20th and runs through Sunday the 1st. Anyone who wants to come hang out and think warm thoughts come on down!! We completely revamped the booth this year so it should be freaking cool.

Obviously all pro shop stuff will be the best pricing of the season as well as special deals on Oakley glasses and 15% off all normal purchases from me during the week of the show only.

Like I said, if anyone is around come hang out!! We expanded some stuff and will have some resto parts and things down there to show off as well. No 200 DD on the floor though although we will have a used one staged back at the shop.

I'll bet they will have plenty of tubes on display! I'd sure hate to see someone buy one of the big boats without all the needed equipment!

He's just around the corner Mojo' haha. Steve we have more hands on deck this year for set up so I have been more office based aside from running trailers.

Gary, that's really all they had in Miami? Sad story. Market reports show boat shows are off the charts so maybe that was a mistake on their part.

Our neighbor works at a boat dealer here, they have 3 locations here and sell everything from jet ski's on up. He tells us the show is a hassle,it is very hard to even get around and parking is awful even for them, you have assigned times to drop off boats, the workers there have to set them in place, you don't touch anything, very expensive. Maybe they know their clientele?

Mojo

Thanks for the notice   All is well! Want some warmer weather. Two of my sons and myself have, two flip houses in process. One hasn't any heat yet, which sucks!! High tomorrow may reach zero.

And so it seems nothing changes. worked many boat shows in the 80's, always had to grease the union guys to get any priority.

MacCullum's brought this beauty to the Boston Boat show. I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of it at the show, it really stood out. Here it is though:

Yup, I've set up booths in Chicago (McCormick) as well as NY,NY. I thought NY would be bad but Chicago is worse.

Wow, a boat that actually looks like a boat instead of like something that should be pushing a string of barges down the Mississippi. What a concept.
