Had an odd one this month... made a giant Sony VR head set for Kings Cross Station for its launch, with 2 booths inside to try VR out ...had 5 hour slot to unload and erect.

Thanks Graham... I can report its working great...had guys from Nissan , Bentley, McLaren, SunSeeker, sat round it... they found its best to turn the cogs off during a meeting as it seems to hypnotize people they end up just sat watching the cogs, but it’s a great ice breaker. Will post the finished door set up now we have proved it... in our paint shop now. |

Pete,It finished up adding around .3to.4mm yes wear may occur over a long time there is silicone spray on the teeth too and the cogs are very light being made of Mdf and not metal so the load is very light. |

Roger,
How thick is that "metal" you are spraying on? Mils? I'm asking just because I'm curious about the wear on the gear teeth. Yes, I do know there's not too much loading but it's still a factor. Lubrication? |

It certainly should be the center of attention....quite a piece of work and hard to believe it is MDF. Nice work Roger! |
