Very impressive Roger. Any boat work going on?

Bentley motors eh, I know a few guys in the development labs wonder if it was any of them. You'll have to let me know if you're ever in that neck of the woods not far from me at all

Thanks Graham... I can report its working great...had guys from Nissan , Bentley, McLaren, SunSeeker, sat round it... they found its best to turn the cogs off during a meeting as it seems to hypnotize people they end up just sat watching the cogs, but it’s a great ice breaker.

Will post the finished door set up now we have proved it... in our paint shop now.

Pete,It finished up adding around .3to.4mm yes wear may occur over a long time there is silicone spray on the teeth too and the cogs are very light being made of Mdf and not metal so the load is very light.
