Would it fit on my trailer for my '98 Sport? I see in the reference section that it has 96" beam to my Sport's 91", but I could remove the guide poles easily enough. I wouldn't take it away from anyone who has shown interest, but could go get it pretty easily in the next week if still there.

I sent a note to the give-a-way San Juan that I'll come and grab it on the 12th if no one has gotten it yet.
No response yet... |

Well, if you need a ride at SJRR, let me know, i'll save some room in the boat for ya. You really need to at least spend Saturday up there, it's a great time with some great CCFans. |

Bret, yeah, I'm pretty sure that guy bought it thinking he could "flip" it because it was listed several weeks later. I've actually seen it on conway several times. Not sure what the deal is with him. And YEAH, dad decided to list it. All he sees when he looks at the boats is dollar signs and potential money in his pocket... doesn't want to have to put any effort into it. A little disappointed that he never gives me time to finish what I start, but whatever. I'm hands off at this point. lol. |

I'm guessing it doesn't come with a trailer. But maybe we could get it to him using the Inter Coastal Waterway, some canoe paddles, and a lot of Wheaties |

I thought about that as well but I got the "NO". If you do contact the person I might be able to go take some pictures for you. If it is stored in South boston or Dorchester it can't be more than a 5 - 10 min drive for me.

Been watching that one. Could be a great deal if it is just a head gasket but could be something worse, and if so wouldn't be the great deal after all. Plus those pictures look to be a little dated. We've had so much rain here over the last few months that the lakes are all very high, and it looks like that one is extremely low, like last years levels. |

I went to look at this one. It's VERY salty. Tower is corroded and appears to more of a liability than anything else. All running gear (steering mechanisms, wake slot, throttle, driveshaft, etc) is very eaten up with corrosion. Interior is completely shot. Would be a cool project for someone with funds and time to devote to it. Neat boat... a real shame for someone to let it go to pot like that. |
