hasbeen my pain comes when Eric says he is finished with his pain. Either way you get it done there is going to be pain involved. Eric looks like you are making great progress. Did Randy get his seat back yet? If so how does it look?

blower and venilation for engine compartment, there is one on each side, you have one that connects to the blower and the other to vent it. you'll see the 3 vent tubes up front, those pull fresh air in through the vents on the front of the boat into the engine compartment and the back ones exhaust the hot air

So that an Eric mod and not factory right? Makes sence and should be an improvement for airflow in the motorbox.

I think this is probably a better design. I don't think there is enough room on the outside in the Ski Nautiques. However, witht he deep V of the Barefoot, there is room for the vent come down the outside of the main stringer. Just a guess. BKH

So Eric who do you ask for help when your stuck on something? Looks like the changes to venting should help the air flow.

Eric sounds liek you might have an 85 BFN to work on next, but tullfooter just has some gouges no stringers. Sounds like a piece of cake for you.

Any new pics of your latest works.

87BFN, I picked up your 514 Stroker from Robert Yates today. I'll go ahead and throw it on the truck headed for Eric's. You can pay me when you're down in May for the race. Better add a few more inches of pitch to that prop also.
