Its been relisted on ebay a few times. Looks like a mess. Its a few towns over from our lake.

Some guys are thinking that a quick cheap paint job looks better than a multi colored boat. Also for the price it's going for you really can't complain. One other thing, I did'nt know people owned lakes these days!!

Depends on the state you are in. In some, if you own all the land around the lake and there are no streams entering or exiting, then it becomes your private lake. A man made lake would be privately held.

Jeff, Where did you see something about him owning a lake? I read the listings as well as this thread several times. Am I blind?!!!
