does anyone know what battery number interstate is compatable with my sn 1993 ..i had a everstart maxx 65n in it .is interstate a better battery. size 11 long 71/2 tall 7 wide.

Dan, All batteries are sized by the group # no matter who made it. 65 is the group #. |

I don't know what your budget is, but the best battery made now is Odyssey. I put 2 in my Air this past summer, those things are powerful. They have more real lead plates than other batteries, not lead alloy. Made that Optima I had look like junk and way heavier too. Go to their site and look at the specks.

Group 65 battery. NOT a "marine deep cycle" battery. Tell the shop you need it for a hot rod and want good starting performance in cold temps. :)
