I'm not too sure on this one! You need to consider the power to weight ratio as well. I've driven Billy's (Karens) stroker!! I think a great project would be to build up one of the V6's in a Skylark.

Found your HM and it comes with the Boat

I don't care for the black interior, but I love color of the hull/deck.

Halston,

There is a guy in the Northeast that has a modern fuel injected chevy 330 HP ( ?) in a skylard and he is seeing somethings that he does not like. These things seem to a result of overpowering the hull. I believe it is Peter1234, but I may be wrong.

Tim, I think he is indeed talking about the OC as he spent allot of time in the boat when it was there at the SJRR.

Maybe youre right. With the mention of the H-M, and the '73's recent appearance at White Lake, combined with this post might have caused some confusion.

A look inside the Orange Crush

I am curious, this looks to have H/M manifolds, but a it has an engine water pump and different plumbing. Is this a 351 H/M?

Nope, thats a 302 based engine. H-M added the circ pump in late '72 or '73.

The 351w was never offered in the 16'5" hull.
