Marty, it's got the port side helm and the V6 so it sure looks like a Skylark. It may not be a 63 unless it's been repowered. The Skylark came out in 66 which coincides with the Universal V6 introduction. Before 66, there was the port helmed Tahoe but they had Gray V8's in them.
