There is a used Holly carb that came out of a '79 SN on eBay. Would you be able to run this in an '83 SN? Seller doesn't know if it's 600 or 650cfm though.

I have to replace mine and ran across this on eBay.
Carb

Thanks,
Chris

that's not a marine carb, It wasn't a stock carb for a PCM motor or even anything that would have been in a SN

Yes, its nonmarine, and spreadbores don't go on fords. Silly vacuum dashpot on it too.

The seller is smokin something

This E-bay seller is either a lier or he doesn't know what he has. His ad states that this is a vacuum secondary. It's very plain to see by the pics that this carb has mechanical secondaries. Also it is a double pumper which means it won't be easy on gas. There's no electric choke and as stated above it is a spreadbore which will require an adapter for your manifold. And yes, it's NOT a marine carb. Stay clear!

I think he has linked to pics from the web of a carb and is not showing the actual carb off the boat. I asked for actual pics, but no response.
