I need advice, last fall when pulling our 93 SN out I noticed while cleaning the hull multiple small dime shaped bumps along the water line where the boat sits. As if water was getting behind the fibergla$$. We leave it in the water all season (5 months). Can this be repaired - Also any idea what it may cost to strip repaint & re logo the whole outside of the boat. As it is faded out quite a bit.

nh, Join the club of owning a fibergla$$ boat. It's called osmonic blistering and is indeed water getting between the gel coat and the fibergla$$. You should read the post in this section on gel spraying techniques. The repair can get very extensive. Alot depends on the overall condition of the boat. If it is simply faded, then it can be buffed out and then new grafics put on and some small blisters ground out and gel patched. On this site you will find some threads where the gel is so bad it has to be compleatly removed. Costs can get into the thousands. Post some pictures.

Anywhere you see bumps or cracks on the inside there you will strike water, (not stress cracks) tap the area it should sound solid, if not well... you know
