Have a 97 SN w/ Pro Boss GT40 fuel injection. Engine has been running good has power & not missing. Last few times out I have notice there is more white smoke coming out of the exhaust. Is there anything I should be concerned of.

Was the air temperature cool? You will get more on cooler days.

White smoke is usually steam and nothing to worry about. Keep an eye on your temperature and pressures for anything out of the ordinary.
Was the air temp cooler than it has been recently?

Pete usually looks for blue smoke when riding on his tube as a sign that's somethings amiss with the motor.

Paul,
I just caught this!!    Absolutely, on the tube, you can do fantastic engine diagnoses just from looking at the exhaust. But, as I get older, I have to do it short line tubing. I'd say I'm at least 50 off at this point until I go see my eye doctor again and have the glasses strengthened. Now the big trick is having the water that's sprayed on my glasses interrupt my vision!

It maybe was a little cooler 77 degrees or for sure less humidity last night. engine temp runs little above 120 & below 160 so that should be ok oil pressure runs a little above 40+.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking White smoke is better than black or blue.

A MPEFI GT40 motor should be running much closer to 180 when warmed up, certainly no lower than 160. It sounds like you have the wrong thermostat in there, FYI.

Nothing wrong with the steam youre seeing.
