should my sky larks rudder/steering be centered? or is it set up (as found ) with more travel to one side    and why   Peter
former skylark owner now a formula but I cant let this place go

Peter, it ought to be centered on the steering wheel, but it may pull to one side while under way. Inboards are more responsive when they have some load on the rudder. The rudder should have the same amount of travel in either direction.

Are you going to be in NH on Sunday?

Peter. At the aft end you need to check the position of the outer tube of the steering cable. Where it is clamped off determines the port to starboard travel of the rudder it relationship to the position of the helm.
