I have a 1978 Correct Craft Ski Nautique for sale.
I have owned it for 3 years. Prior to my purchase the motor was professionally rebuilt and the carburetor was replaced, see attached pics of receipts. The boat runs great but we are moving off the water and it has to go before the snow flies. The last four years it has spent the summer Michigan months on a boat lift, covered with a canvas cover. During the winter it was professionally winterized and stored by Action Water Sports.
Hull: Has marks, scratches consistent with a 35 year old boat. Graphics are damaged but presentable. The cowl on the bow is faded.
Interior: Rates a 5 at best. The observer seat is ripping at the seam and the carpet is worn. The floor, however is solid. The drivers seat needs a good cleaning but is not ripped and still moves fore and aft. Does have an older head installed with a small sub and an input for an iPod or mp3. Better than nothing but not great, kinda fits the boat
Motor: Above what has been said above a new starter and battery were purchased for the boat this year along with a key switch. 1360 hours at rebuild, 1614 currently. 351 with a lot of torque and a great growl. 4 blade OJ prop purchased in 2012 makes it snap out of the water. Pulls four fat 40 year old men out at once.
Trailer: functional but not pretty. Trailer tires are five years old but the trailer was always garage stored, never left in the sun.
Price: I need to sell and sell soon. $3500 OBO.
