My love for ski boats started for me when I was about 8 or 9 at SeaWorld in Ohio. Watching these boats was just as much entertaining for me as the ski shows themselves.
I purchased my boat in 2005 from a firefighter in Maumee Ohio. It was taken care of modestly to say the least. Upon purchase, the seller informed me this was a boat used in SeaWorld Ohio and of course I didn't think he was serious but he did show me the documentation.
I had since wet sanded, and polished the boat, Replaced all the vinyl to the original specs added a Indy tower, bimini and Fusion head unit with a Kicker KX 800.5 amp, paired with a 10" sub with four eight inch tower can speakers and four eight inch speakers in the cabin. Sanded and refinished the platform with weeks of teak oil applications and sealed it off with spar varnish.. I also had my trailer sand blasted and painted in 2015 with upgraded aluminum wheels, LED lights. Needless to say I wanted this boat to look like how I remembered them when I was a child at SeaWorld.
These forums and the people on the forums all have been a great help along the way.
