This boat has lived its life on High Rock Lake. I am the 3rd owner. My neighbor blew the 454 (for about the 4th time) and I was finally able to get him to come off the boat. The engine rebuild cost about double what I thought it would, new pistons, rods, another sleeve makes 2, 1 new head, (you get the idea). I put a new tach in along with new temp and oil gauge. Floor is a bit soft in some spots so that will be this winter. Ok, did not get around to the floor, but really, would you expect a 1979 barefoot with a fresh hi-po 454 and new interior for $7750??? i did not think so either. the trailer is original and the boat has a spare wheel (prop) and the teak platform is A-1
