Purchased this 1999 Air Nautique in the fall of 2015, after a long love affair with inboard boats. My father in law gave me my first inboard, a 1939 Mullins that came with a house in North Georgia. The Mullins was still running in 1972 pulling skiers. My father and I did some renovations on the boat over the years, including building a trailer an installing a replacement engine, but sold it a few years ago.
I've wanted a CC inboard after my first exposure to a 70 Mustang in the early 70s; that deep rumble and the simple, graceful lines. I remember the bright red interior against the white shell.
My 99 needs interior renovations, new vinyl and electrical work, but I'm excited to finally call a CC my own. Excited to get started!
