Purchased new in 1996. We ordered it with custom colors and most options except for heater and stereo which we did ourselves. Our heater is a Heatercraft four hose model (with a water circulation pump added to keep it hot at idle and even after the engine is turned off) and our boat is THE boat that everyone wants to be in during the winter (heated driver seat cushion) and the hottest water for our "hot tub"! We tried a 4-blade but the wakes, etc. are softer with the 3-blade.
Just replaced the stock GT40 heads with GT40P and it runs even better.
Started with stop watches, then skipped timing systems and got the original PP, and now Stargazer (wondering if we should try the Zbox).
Originally skied at Golden Gate Water Ski Club out in the California Delta (with quick trips over to Berkeley’s Delta course), but now exclusively at Santa Clara County Water Ski Club’s course. Love our boat. Ping me if you would are in the area and would like to take a set.
