Like most everyone else on this website, I love Ski Nautiques. I used to own a 1979 Ski Nautique that I sold about 10 years ago due to small kids and just the lack of time to use it.
But, now the kids have grown up and my oldest son just loves the water. They started talking about getting a new boat. I liked the idea.
Knowing that it had to be a Nautique, we began to look. After a few months of looking on this website and others, we found this 1985 Ski Nautique in St. Louis. When we got up there, we realized it was beautiful, so we bought it. I don’t know much history on the boat, but I was told that this boat was given to one of the professional skiers in 1985. That is pretty cool.
After a blown out tire on the interstate that caused a 2 hour delay, we finally had her home. We outfitted her with a new Mallory electronic ingition and coil. And now, she runs great and we think she looks great too.
