We bought this boat from my sister and brother-in-law in the spring of 2000. They were the 2nd owner, and had it since 1989. It was in impeccable condition and well cared for when we bought it, and we have continued to baby it.
We added the Flight Control Tower in 2005, but everything else is still original, including carpet and upholstery. The FCT had to be cut and re-welded to fit, but well worth it.
We take it to the Correct Craft Boat Owners reunion (in Ohio) every year, and enjoy seeing all the Nautiques.
We live near Cleveland, Ohio, but use it the most in Tennessee. As I get older, Lake Erie is too dirty, too cold and too rough as compared to Tennessee.
I grew up skiing in Sandusky Bay with the West Shore Water Ski Club, and have many fond memories.
I would like to use it more in Ohio/PA/Indiana, so if you have suggestions on where to go, please send me a message.
