Aw Tim...why would you wanna go thru all that work when you can get the good-to-go 2012 230 in Buford for only $103,500.00?

Glad its not just me.

That Ural post says serviced at Blue Moon Cycles, been there, the coolest shop around. If you're ever in Norcross check it out.The whole upper level is a vintage motorcycle museum chock full of rare classics.
See website www.bluemooncycles.com

There's also a cool Ural video on the website doing donuts in the snow
(Urals are two-wheel drive, i.e. the sidecar wheel is also a drive wheel).

But...it could be a scam. There is no proof that any ad is really for sale at all or that it sold unless the buyer comes forward. Some may just like to play games with low ball prices on their own boats and then say it sold. IMO

Mark,
Has your friend gotten any interest from your first posting of his Gray engine? The 4's don't move that fast. There are a lot of them around as most repowers use larger engines.

He may get more interest advertising in a more specific classified like Classic Boating Magazine.

Peter, I just posted the CL link. The OP of the CL add (not me) indicates that person is posting for a friend.

I do agree that a more specific list might get him more activity, as I do recall seeing that add before.

Funny you mention her. I was thinking about her the other day, wondering where she went. Maybe she ran out of pictures. Did any one tell her you don't have to post a picture of yourself to post a comment?

Just like other women before her, she comes here, uses and abuses us then casts us out like yesterday's news.

I was wondering how the gear reduction would work for getting power from the clamshell to the sterndrive on the transom that seems to be hidden under the platform. Must be some sort of low profile mount?

Chris, didnt you know the TS6m option in 87 included hide away bow seating and a sideways 4 cylinder V drive that allowed extra storage in the clamshell at the center of the boat?
