Yes it measures 4.5mm. Not as scratch resistant as glass but still holding up well. I have a few stress marks appearing where the sheet was cold formed. At the time I was reluctant to use heat but have since been told mild heating with a heat gun is fine.

If you got me a paper template I could supply a formed, abrasion resistant coated oversize piece of polycarbonate that would be a close match in shape. You do the final trim to fit, it fabricates like wood…

The Corvette C4 rear window has been a damn close match for these parts. I’ve done them for SeaRays, Cobalts, MasterCrafts, Malibus, Correct Crafts, etc.

We’re up to our eye balls in backlogged work but I can’t not offer help…

I had the same problem a few years back drivers side windscreen on a 98 Sport. I purchased a polycarbonate sheet and bent it to shape.

I am looking for the driver's side windshield for a 2000 Nautique Open Bow 196 model. I have been told this windshield is no longer available. Any help locating one or finding someone that can fabricate one would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
