Hello! I have a GT40 -1998 with a never ending fuelpump problem that comes and goes. A lot of other members seems to have the same problem.

I have changed everything - relays, pumps, checked wires and safety-line wire etc. etc.

Is it posible to run the engine with a separate cabel to the fuelpumps?

Thanks from Sweden!

The thread that was directly below yours about GT40 long running stalling issues has the answers and pictures you need.

By jumpering the STO to ground the pumps will run all the time. The pumps have power all the time with ignition on and are started by the ECM (computer) that supplies the ground to complete the circuit.
