Here's a local gem that's up for sale.
http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/boa/3455022682.html
I've never seen or heard of one.
I'd be happy to go look at it if someone's interested.

Don,
Take some time and look at the brochures in the reference section. There's some Tahoe info there. Also, there are several threads on the model as well. Think of the Tahoe being the shorter version of the Classic.

BTW, I could be wrong but it doesn't look like a Tahoe to me.

It does say Tahoe on the console in the one picture? Is that an add on referring to the lake? Looks like a cool boat. $30000 appraisal might be a bit high though.

Appraised for 30,000 but selling for 5,000??? It does look very nice.

I think the fire extinguisher mounting is driving the high appraisal, very exotic!

The platform would have to go. The script used in the dash badge looks like the same the CC would have used. It looks like a pretty cool boat, but I don't think 30k is even realistic enough to put in an ad. It makes the ad pretty laughable. It it was closer, I'd go take a gander. I like the color.

turn-offs:

One of six made....
First West Coast ski boat...
One of the first fiberglass ski boats CC made...
(All of this for the low low price of $4900)

Very cool and mostly original boat. I bet it was one of the last Tahoes made before they became Mustangs.

Maybe put a few lawn chairs and a charcoal grill on that monster.
