I did a little google searching and found this video which really seems to hit all of my questions. Does this seem like a pretty good representation of what needs to happen? I just get a little nervous taking sandpaper to gelcoat, if you know what I mean. lol. Thanks.

Unfortunately, my dad decided that he wanted to sell it. I have no control over what he decides to do(This was his boat). A little disappointing I must admit. I have made considerable progress on other boat projects, though.
