I'd agree, but if you don't mind the paint, it would appear a good solid boat (pending stringer insp) to start with for the money.

called and talk to guy about this boat..regular carpet is throw on the floor because of all the sand that gets in..salt water boat..trailer not road worthy..thats what I was told ...2001 san

Ultra... thanks for the offer - the guy has yet to answer my email but if he does as it is only an hour down the road I am guessing I will just go over and pick it up - I need another project boat like I need a gushing head wound - but if that engine looked serviceable it could be a temp solution for my otherwise water worthy wildcat.
