does anyone know where I can find exhaust risers for a 1975 san juan with twin 302 gt engines. I have been told they are escort exhaust.

Mike,
Welcome to CCfan. We always ask for pictures and considering how unusual your San Juan is, we demand them!! ![]() You have a couple choices for exhaust manifolds. Don't worry about them being Escorts. The 302 is the key. PCM bought Escort and produced the Escort for a couple years. I have one (302) in my Tique. They used the log style and PCM are the riser type. Look at PCM manifolds or Barr. Both will require some exhaust hose work. |

Chances of finding 2 complete sets are slim to none. You'll need to replace everything as Pete insinuated. If your in salt it would be best anyway.
Time will tell if I made the right choice ![]() |

There should be another F/B SanJuan around somewhere w/ twin 250ci MerC I/O's. central MO.
There's a lot of motion sitting atop a F/B - SJ. |

Thanks Steve. So far so good on their use. I was disappointed in their fitting, each one needed about 5 tries. It seems when the end cylinders were welded they warped a little. Other problems were that the bolt would seat on the weld of the flange to the tube which then required grinding. Would have been quite expensive to have had it done. I should have fitted them to a cylinder head on the bench when I had time rather than doing it on the boat!
