My boat (2005 206 limited) beeps with a low voltage warning during start up after a short time it goes away or if I increase the RPM's the warning goes away. Dealer said this is normal. What do you guys think?

Check the belt tension, check wire connections to make sure they are tight. Make sure none of the connections have corrision on them. As it is a new boat, it's most likely a loose belt or loose connection.
