I just purchase a 97 Air Nautique, at least that is what it says on the side. Looks factory. The previous owner tells me that this was a Super Sport Nautique that the factory installed a ballast system an factory tower. And that it was before they eventually called it a Super Air. There is a picture of another one on Planetnatique's web site and the guy calls it a super air. While polishing it, i noticed that you can bareley see the Super Sport letter outline where the AIR logo is and Correct Craft logo where the Air Nautique logo is. Does anyone have any info on this? This is a V-Drive.

I justy spent some time and read the brochure for the 2000 Super Air Nautique. Mine has the same logos and the brochure says the the Air Nautiques first came out several years ago. That would put my 97 right there. Mine has the tower as the 2000.

I think that the Super Air Nautique debuted in 1999. It used the same hull as the Super Sport, which debuted in '95, I believe. I suspect the "Air" graphics were added to your SS by a previous owner.

This is it. I was told that it was a promo boat sent to a kids camp in Georgia. This came from SE Correct Craft. |
