'71 Mustang questions

   I have two questions about a recently purchased '71 Mustang.

1.  I have water on the outside of my two main stringers.  Aren't there drain holes to drain from the outsides of the stringers to the center to be pumped by the bilge.  I am unable to find these.  Does anyone have any pics or descriptions on where these may be located?

2. The boat has the dual horns but when purchased the previous owner had only one hooked up due a short drawing power during driving.  Does anyone have the proper wiring diagram to wire up these dual horns or any ideas on what may be causing the short?
