I just bought a new prop. It's nice and shiny next to my rudder. My rudder is sort of a dark brown color. Does anyone know how to restore the rudder to get the shine back? Is there a certain cleaning product on the market?

Go to Walmart, in the automotive cleaning supplies and get blue magic, it will make it shine.
