Glove box Cover Repaired

Installed a new mp3 player today. Went pretty quick since I was just taking out an older CD player and putting this in. While I had the glove blox out, thought I would fix the lid. The PO tried to use silicon to glue the cover to the hinge (you can image how long that lasted).

Anyway, got tired of the cover being loose. I used #2-56 bolts and double nutted them on the backside. Would have rather used nylock nuts, but dont think they come in this small size.

The small heads on the bolts did not interfere with the hinge when its closed.

We'll see how it works this season.
