Jonny, narrow up the bunk supports so youre not resting on the keel. Id remove the wood thats mounted on the cradle as well.

Long term, Id consider getting some new bunk supports fabbed that are taller.

bring them in so that the bunk is between the strakes/chines and not on them. removing the carpeted board may do the trick. let's check it out next saturday? eh?

oh yeah, scrub that hull too, disgusting.

You don't really need another whole bunk, just a block of wood between the metal mount and the bottom of the bunk. Remove the keel block and carpet. Narrow the rear bunks, the front looks fine. That will also kick up the ass end a bit too. I don't know why I'm even typing this, I'll just do it on Saturday.
