I just purchased a 74 southwind,great boat! I have 2 questions the first is where is a good place to purchase a water pump impeller? The second question is has anyone done away with the points and switched to electronic ignition?I do have a 351w in this boat.Hey I have a 3rd question I also am looking for the dimensions for the southwind logo on the side and the stripes?? Were all of the original stripes black? Great boats and great site! Thanks guys!Kevin

Go to the links...Skidim for the impeller. The EI is a good move...most of us have done away with points. You can get that at Skidim as well. |
