Is there anything I can check on my fuel injection system, that would cause the hesitation. Or cutting out for 1.2 a second. I have changed pumps and filters and everything else.

Did you check the injectors themselves for pulse?

You should be able to goto the local auto parts store and barrow or rent the kit. It's just a plug with an LED on it. It flashed everytime the injector activates. If it does not flash the injector is not working. I will try to find the proper name for it.
