I've been lurking here since we bought our 93 SN about 2 years ago. We are on Crooked Lake in Angola, IN. This site is great and I been able to fix a lot of stuff with advice from everyone here. PO must not have owned any tools. Anyway, I have a couple of questions I can't find the answer to. My trans (PCM 1.23) has a small leak so I pulled it out yesterday (using the bottle jack method) and found that the front seal on the input shaft had popped out. Not all the way just cock-eyed enough to let it leak. What caused this? Also the input shaft has some play, maybe .015 or .020". Is that normal? Trans works great just leaks.
