Well my 351 came to life last night. The 76 is getting to be a better investment. Had to rebuild the starter and carb(still needs a little tweak) but the boat is a runner. Ran it about five minutes. Good water flow out the transom but the risers stayed cool. Found a few small water leaks but it RAN.

That's got to be the best feeling in the world when your pride and joy fires up for the first time. Good luck with it. Hope you have some warm weather left.
