Looks like it is actually a sophisticated timing device - but does not control your speed. You would use it in the slalom course to check your segment times after a pass to confirm the correct speed was run for the pass. You still have to control the throttle.
Have you thought about getting the Perfect Pass basic cruise control? It is less expensive and less complicated than digital pro. |

I've been wanting to get some sort of speed control but right now it really isn't a priority for the family. Anyway, I found a Shoreline Electronics BTS system for $100 and have read a little about them. Does anyonw here use this product or have any experience with it? Thanks for your help, hope everyone is enjoying the summer while it lasts!
