gary, I will give you this Bazooka when I am done with it. It is not the marine version and has a paper/foam rubber cone. I don't anticipate on it holding up too long in the marine enviroment. You can purchase a marine replacement speaker for $50. when it goes i am going to put in a 10" sub in an enclosure with a separate amp under the helm.
