Gary- congrats! I had the same boat for 3 years- still posted in the diaries sections. Was a ton of fun! Let me know if I can help with anything (questions, parts, etc).

The conversation at the dock, ramp, or beach usually starts like this, then proceeds to "yeah, it really is over 40 years old", and no it didn't look that good when I got it."

Then they hear it run, "Whats it got in it?"

"318 Chrysler V8"

"Sounds great!"

As soon as I clear the bouy line I demonstrate the Hole Shot, the boat really does just jump out of the water. I'm loving all the attention and the Mrs. thinks its pretty neat as well.
