What would cause my red fuses to keep tripping on my 1999 SN EFI Box? Sometimes have to reset them 2 or 3 times before boat will start?? Maybe a bad fuel pump or something is clogged? Thanks for any help....

Red.fuse? Do mean circuit breaker on the back of the motor? Which one of the 3? It only trips when the starter is pulling amps? If that is the case I would check all the wiring to the starter. Possibly a short.in the starter or faulty starter wire.

Look for a loose connection and or corrosion at starter/breaker/solenoid.

According to Joel, 11 posts down in the following thread, a partially failing low pressure fuel pump can start to draw too many amps, which will trip the 15A breaker:
