I'm about 4 hours North of there - Peoria. I will certainly let you know what I think after our trip. I was hoping someone else would have been there and could offer their perspective.

Planning a 3 - 4 day weekend trip to Rend Lake in S. Illinois. Camping, boating, bike riding, hiking, etc.
Has anyone been there before? This will be the first time for us and was curious if anyone else has been there before. Looking for feedback, recommendations, good areas to ski on the lake, campground conditions and ameneties, overall impression, other things to do in the area (mini golf, go carts, horseback rinding, etc) ??? |
