01’ Super Air best surf and wb wake

Hello all I have a 2001 SAN and want to get into surfing. I was wondering if anyone surfs behind one and if so what have you found to be the best weight setup. I would like to be able to surf both sides. Which side has the better wake? Also i was wondering what kind of weight you run and where it is placed for wakeboarding. I belive I have the 2 factory flat tanks that hold i believe 210lbs.? each.
