Ugh, those dashboards. Always reminded me of a really bad boobjob. I get confused, don’t know which speedometer to look at.

That is nice looking. Was that front deck configuration ever factory? Out runs his newer Grady? Better get that Grady in the shop. I love a FN and hate a GW but that Grady should run circles around that Fish.

Nice looking Fish Nautique in MA. Priced high but also looks well sorted and on a nice trailer.

edit: just realized it's also for sale on this site, unsurprisingly

Seller said it could use a valve job. I believe manifolds went bad and owner decided to re-power. We discussed $2,000, but I just don't have the time/means to go pick it up.

Someone may want to check this out. I spoke with the seller and would definitely go for less than asking. Not a freshwater engine, but looks pretty clean and complete.

Looks good. That’s about what they go for without the transmission. When you talked to the seller did he have any idea on hours?

Yes but it does have fresh water cooling so the only issue would be the exhaust manifolds. Then a Pro Tech conversion.

Looks like it’s self contained cooling and no need for the conversion it’s a GT-40

Someone somewhere once posted that was a risk, but I never was 100% sure if that was a real problem

The exhaust, that’s all I can say. Not a bad price, but I really wonder about that pipe

Why? Looks like a reasonably simple welded together straight pipe.

Just a muffler as far as I know. Plenty of people delete it. Skidim sells a Y piece that’s designed for muffler delete, just usually it’s done with exhaust hose rather than stainless steel. If anything I just wonder if that’s even louder.

No issue with water coming back in as far as I know. And I hope not because no muffler on my boat either!
