I found a sand bar yesterday with my ACME 431 3 blade prop. I was at an idle the blade actually only bent in one spot and I hammer and dollied back out but the edges are a little burred. 

I'm sure its fine to use I put another 3 hours on it yesterday with no vibration or anything noticeable. I'm looking at getting a new one, and saw they make a 4 blade. Has anyone tried an ACME 4 blade and a 3 and noticed a difference?
