Where is the best place online to search for a fish nautique? 
i have been looking on craigslist and i can not find one for sale anywhere?
How many did they make, are they super rare?

Plenty of Shamrocks out their for sale. better built, dryer Ride then a Fish.

Wow. 
That is a full restoration...
I think my wife would kill me, because it would sit in my driveway for 2-3 years partially completed. 
a friend of mine just finished a full stringer repair, foam removal on a 17ft boat..
took him a year on weekends and he is much better at those big projects. 
He said he would never do that again!!!

Last year i asked a shop how much to do that on Shamrock i was looking at, he said minimum $12000.

I wonder how much cheaper it is out there in the Carolinas?
