Welcome to CCfan.

You're needing an axel is easy:

Mid 80’s Cc/Ramlin trailers and later don’t use straight axles… believe they were custom made by dexter with a jog in the middle to clear the fins. I wouldn’t expect to find what you need on Bing.

I replaced the drop axle on my '92 CC trailer with a straight axle and there is plenty of clearance.  The Oklahoma trailer my 89' sat on came with a straight axle.  I think it just depends on the trailer and boat combo whether a straight axle will work.

-------------
92 SN - Owned since 93
99 Pro Air
89 SN - Went to live on a lake in Texas
75 Donzi 16 - Sold in 93
