Is it me or anyone else having speed issues with CCfan? It's been real slow to upload and download for a couple days. It's only CCfan that I'm finding the problem with. All others are lightning fast especially since I bailed out of Frontier DSL and went with a new alternate ISP giving me 150mbps that I've confirmed with a speed check.

Sounds to me like your "troubleshooting" has narrowed the problem down to one particular website Wink

It's funny but I have that same problem too with the same particular website.

It's a website for older boats, maybe it's gone back to vintage dial up speeds

Pete

I figure some youngster will come along and say it's 2 old guys with "performance issues" Wink

Maybe there's a pill for the website's issues

I have noticed the same thing the last couple of days. this morning I tested access both loggged in and not logged in to my account. Also on both MS Edge and Chrome browsers. No difference, painfully slow. I sent Keith and e-mail.

Martin,
Thanks for the email to Keith. I was about to send him one as well but was waiting to see if others were having the same speed issue. Glad it's not only me this time! Big smile

Very slow only for CCF. All other sites are great, I have a 100 M plan with my ISP.

Yes, the issue is clearly CCF. I am working on the issue.

Thank you,
Keith

So Pete

How's your performance this morning?............the computer that is.

Looks like CCF is running at full throttle again.

It must have kicked into "limp mode" Wink

Thank you Keith and Alison for your quick reply yesterday and action. I know from experience that I dont aloways pay attention to the web sites I run every day. So a notice of a problem helps me know of the problems and get them taken care of.
Any progress on the posting pictures from devices other than computers???

Evil Smile
