I need a 1" diameter, 40.5" prop shaft, prop strut, and rudder for a 1974 Southwind 18. If any of these parts swap to my boat, I'm interested. I could use an engine cover also. Still have them? Tom Here's an old piece of CC literature courtesy of Zach, I think in his N3 days with a bunch of info on shafts, struts and rudders for various different earlier boats. It might make it easier to find what you're looking for.  A little tough to read, but if you enlarge it, it's not too bad. The chart lists the shaft length as 40 inches for your boat, how much distance do you have between the back of the strut and the front of the prop hub?  |
